We ask family if there is any heirlooms That have not been found so we can keep an eye out for them while we do the junk removal.  We have reunited many family members with lost pictures or heirlooms that might have otherwise been chucked out by our competitors.

A lot of times, Family involved with an estate clean out, are from out of town and don’t have the time to perform the task of removing all the junk.

The biggest Estate clean out we did was cleaning out a two story house on acreage with two barns and old farm equipment in the fields.  The extended family were from the interior and hired us to clear everything out.
